Bhutan is located in the eastern Himalayas, bordered with China at its  north and with  India  on its  south, east and west. Its capital is Thimpu ,. Area is about 46,500 sq km (17,954 sq miles). Official language  is  Dzongkha . Currency is known as the 'Ngultrum.', shortly written 'Nu.' ,. It is equable  to the Indian Rupee, Population  is around seven hundred thosand . Main religion is Mahayana Buddhism  . Southern part of Bhutan are mainly Hindu but majority of  the people follow the Drukpa school of Kagyupa sect .
It is  the land  of Dzongs (Fortress ) and monasteries , monk ,majestic mountain and the rich heritage .An architectural land full of warm hearted and friendly people who go to the unusual length to preserve each element of Bhutanese life ,where past is still the present .
The climate of Bhutan is variable in each  region. it s  tropical in the south , in the central valleys winter  is cool and summers is  hot. On the other hand, in the Himalayas severe winters and cool summers are prevalent. Bhutan is a botanists’ paradise. Rare and exotic faunas found here .
The  way back from Bhutan , you will explore Delhi  the  capital of India .
