YOGA IN INDIAN HIMALAYA
The word Yoga derived from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj' which means 'join or Yoke, is best known as a type of exercise system that stretches and strengthens the body through various poses known as Asanas. But yoga goes far beyond just a mere exercise routine. One of the most compelling reasons to begin practicing is the holistic outlook it takes - working mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is practiced to join the body, mind and soul together, therefore forming a unified spiritual whole.

Meditation!
Meditation is an intensely personal and spiritual experience. The desired purpose of each meditation technique is to channel our awareness into a more positive direction by totally transforming one's state of mind. To meditate is to turn inwards, to concentrate on the inner self.
