Day 01: Arrival in New Delhi
Arrival in IG International Airport at midnight, where a our representative will greet you. Transfer to the Hotel.
Day 02: Delhi-Agra 225 km /5-6 h (by car)
After Breakfast we drive to Agra by car. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Sightseeing of the city, visiting the major attractions: Taj Mahal at sunset.
Today you get introduced with your Motorcycle and do the adjustments on bike as per your need.
Day 03: Agra-Jaipur 233km/5-6hrs: Ride 1
After Breakfast we ride to Jaipur right after a short Briefing with the Himalayan Frontiers team at the hotel: quick rundown of road safety precautions before hitting the road. Depart to Jaipur, the “Pink City” and capital of Rajasthan. Stop at the historical site of Fatehpur-sikri. On arrival in Jaipur, transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure, Dinner and overnight will be either at the hotel or in a fort.
Day 04: Jaipur day Sightseeing: Ride 2
Today is reserved for sightseeing of the city and visiting the major attractions (City Palace). Ride to Amber Fort, with elephant ride in alternative to ascent the fort. You may also visit a gem factory. After dinner overnight stay in hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur-Pushkar 132 km/4-5hrs: Ride 3
After an early breakfast we depart to Pushkar. On arrival, transfer to the Hotel/Haveli. Sightseeing on foot of this tiny town, where stands the only Temple of Brahama in the all world, and one of the three most sacred waters of India, along with Rishikesh and Varanasi (Benares). Dinner and overnigth stay in the hotel/Haveli.
Day 06: Pushkar-Khumbalgarh 280 km/5-6hrs: Ride 4
Breakfast. Depart to Khumbalgarh. Enter to the Aravelis Mountains. Landscapes: rice fields, semi-tropical flora. Visit of the Fort (36km of circumference). Transfer to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 07: Khumbalgarh-Udaipur 80 km/4hrs: Ride 5
Breakfast. Depart to Udaipur and short excursion through the lush vegetation of the Aravelis Mountains. On arrival to Udaipur, transfer to Hotel/Palace. Sightseeing on foot in the neighborhood. Enjoy a boat ride on the picturesque Pichola Lake at sunset.
Dinner and overnight.
Day 08: Udaipur Day Sightseeing: Ride 6
Breakfast. Sightseeing of Udaipur, visiting the major attractions: City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Lake Palace, Fateh Prakash Palace, Monsoon Palace, etc. Dinner and overnight at the hotel or in a fort.
Day 09: Udaipur-Jodhpur 255 km/ 6-7hrs: Ride 7
Breakfast and early departure to Jodhpur. Visit the world famous Ranakpur Temple, of a thousand pilers, on the way. On arrival, transfer to the Hotel/Haveli. You may visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace in the evening and the near-by bazaar. Dinner and overnight at the hotel or in a Haveli.
Day 10: Jodhpur-Jaisalmer 266 km/ 7hrs: Ride 8
Breakfast. Depart to Jaisalmer, the “Golden City”, whom rises from the heart of Thar Desert, riding partly through the Thar Desert. On arrival, transfer to the Hotel/Fort/Palace. Dinner and overnight.
Day 11: Jaisalmer Days Sightseeing: Ride 9
Breakfast. Visit of the majestic Golden Fort and Jain Temples. In the evening have a camel safari to the Sand Dunes. Overnight at the Swiss Tent Camp with BBQ.
Day 12: Jaisalmer-Bikaner 268 km/ 7hrs: Ride 10
Breakfast at the camp and early morning departure. Ride to Bikaner via Nagaur: city of colorful and intricately painted Havelis. On arrival, transfer to the Hotel/Haveli. Dinner and overnight.
Day 13: Bikaner-Mandawa 190 km/ 4-5hrs: Ride 11
Breakfast. Sightseeing of Bikaner, the “Camel City”, visiting some of the major attractions. Drive to Mandawa. On arrival, transfer to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight .
Day 14: Mandawa-Delhi 275 km/ 5-6hrs (by car)
Breakfast. Sightseeing of the city, and visit of Mandawa Castle. Last sight of our motorbikes. Heavy brunch and farewell with the expeditions’ team. Departure to Delhi by car. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 15: Departure from Delhi
Breakfast in the hotel (room for day use only). A car and a representative will be at your service. Possibility for some sightseeing in Delhi: Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate etc., or shopping. Transfer to the IG International Airport.
*Day breaks have been chosen for cities that have a greater potential, and cannot just be seen within the short times of our arrivals and departures. We have specifically selected some of them, rather than others, due to their cultural and architectural opulence. These day-breaks will be held on motorbikes.

1: Some important notes for Motorcycle Tour in Rajasthan:
Ride mystic Royal Enfield in Royal Rajasthan, Explore the astonishing culture heritage of by gone era of Maharaja witnessed in impressive architecture of majestic Palaces and Havelis, different tribes of isolated villages, colourful bazar filled by arts and crafts, Camel safari in hottest desert of Thar and hospitality of Rajput.
Its an easy riding trip, you will be mostly riding from one city to other by well maintained road except when taking side excursion to countryside will be narrow and rough road. Roads are busier compare to expedition in mountain or in hilly area. You will have to pay attention when riding, there are cows and trucks on the same track as you are.
Age group from 21 to 70 years old having good physical condition and required previous constant riding experience in busy road. Daily riding hours from one destination to other varies from 5 to 7 hours. Time can be lengthening or shorten sub. to the physical strength or riding rhythm of each individual.
2: Unexpected circumstances:
Itinerary / hotels are sub to change in case of strike, civil war threatens, you may be will lose expected places you have prepared for but will explore unexpected and for sure will not disappointed.
In case of Vehicle break down another mode of transport will be managed at the earliest possible, In that case you are requested to keep patience. And co-operate with the situation.
The Company cannot be made liable for the consequences of weather condition, flight cancellations, war or threat of civil war, strikes, industrial action, political unrest or any other force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstance. The company reserves the right to use alternate transport, or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness or any other force major. Any additional that result, such as extra hotel accommodation, flight or road transport will be on your charge and must be paid directly at the spot.
Please understand, there are certain hazards involved in your adventurous and culture holidays which you must accept at your own risk. The company will not be liable for any illness major or minor injury, death sustained during neither the trip, nor it will be liable for any uninsured losses of your property and other losses during the trip.
It is strongly advised that clients take out insurance to cover the unexpected and cancellation charges:
4: Accommodation and meals:
Accommodation is based on 3 star category of hotel and heritage hotels equivalent to 3* will be provided.
Verities of Indian meals is served, bit on spicy side, Breakfast and dinner will be served at the hotel, Lunch packed or in local restaurant or in hotel sub. to the schedule.
5: Mode of Transport:
You will be accompanying by a back up vehicle to assist you through out the tour, mechanic is there with necessary spare parts.
If you have special requirement for the pillion who wish to take comfortable journey time to time, In that case extra vehicle can be arranged in advance sub. to your requirements and the number of persons.
Vehicles will be air-conditioned, in case of mechanical fault if A/c doesn’t work, which can be repaired at earliest possible, in that case you have to co-operate with the situation.
6: General information on Clothing:
Due to wide range of temperature and climate conditions, it is advisable to bring appropriate clothing. For protection against cold and freshness of morning and evening a layered clothing is better than a few thick ones, so choose your cloths accordingly. Cloths should be preferable be made from natural materials which allow the body to breath better. You will be offending people if you walk around in skimpy or tight fitting clothes. Although there are normally opportunities to wear shorts, it is strictly forbidden to be with short in any religious places as monasteries and temples. We would advise women to wear shirts or loose trousers, men should not wear singlet.
7: What to bring for Riding:
- A snood or (Dust Mask) for keeping dust and cold out of your nose
- Sunglasses or bike glasses are essential
- Sun hat is essential
- Thick warm as well as light socks
- Travel towel
- Kidney-belt can be helpful support for the long hours of riding
- A fleece is good for under your jacket
- Day Pack to carry a water bottle, rain suit and other stuff you will use during the day
- Very strong bungee cords or cargo nets
- Basic first aid kit: a few plasters and antiseptic cream
- Any regular medication you need
- Spectacles: bring spares, or your prescription with you
- Knee protection
- Waist belt
- Riding gloves
- Camera with spare cards and batteries, battery Charger
- personal medical kit as per your medical advisor
Anti-mosquitos spray. fanny pack to keep safely your important doc as passport, insurance paper, credit cards, money, Multifunctional knife, lighters, wooden pencils and pen, string of 4-55 meters to dry the clothing or other purpose, English –Hindi dictionary to learn the important words to greet and to communicate with locals and a note book can be useful to engrave your memory in it.
Make sure that your clothing should be packed in poly bag inside the back pack / duffle bag etc.
8: A deposit of 300 Euro –
Must be made to on arrival in India you are responsible for any damage to your bike during the trip, the repair charges will be deducted from this deposit and the balance will be reimbursed once the trip is over.
Riders must bring with them appropriate travel insurance and documents as follows:
- Full Motorcycle License – valid
- International driving license / Permit – valid
You are required to bring your travel insurance policy with you on the tour. Please print off a photo-copy and keep it safe. As well as the address of your travel insurance company. Riders are requested to handover the insurance numbers and addresses to our guide.
Without these documents you will not be able to take part in your chosen tour (your safety is our primary concern).
Generally hot and dry. Hence the best time to traveling Rajasthan is the autumn to beginning of Spring.

11: Field team:
You will be guided by a professional English speaking motorcycle rider or non rider guide. Guide, mechanic and driver will be there to assist you at their best. They are chosen for their experience of mountains, knowledge of the outdoors activities, local culture and ability to communicate with foreign and local clients.
All the cancellation must be in written and signed by the person who signed the booking form and will be effective from the date of the reception by the company.
(12-1):- 60 days or more before departure: The agency will refund the entire paid amount to his client deducting the registration fee (€ 40 per persons or equivalent in other currency), bank charges subject to the bank policies, when booking domestic flights, the Cancellation fee subject to airline policies at present or if the tickets are non- refundable in that case the full amount of the ticket will be retained. The hotels are reserved and must be paid in advance; the company will apply the cancellation policies of hotels. Cancelation charge for train tickets and other ground transport and related services if needed to be booked in advance. Hence the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all above cancelation policies applied for different services.
(12-2): 40 Days before departure: The agency will refund the 50% of paid amount to his client deducting the registration fee (€ 40 per persons or equivalent in other currency), bank charges subject to the bank policies, when booking domestic flights, the Cancellation fee subject to airline policies at present or if the tickets are non- refundable in that case the full amount of the ticket will be retained. The hotels are reserved and must be paid in advance; the company will apply the cancellation policies of hotels. Cancelation charges of train tickets and other ground transport and related services if needed to be booked in advance. Hence the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all above cancelation policies applied for different services.
(12-3) Less than 30 days before departure: The agency will be obliged to withhold the full amount of the deposit paid by the customer. In this case, the customer must inform their insurance as soon as possible and provide as much documentation to support the cancellation of trip. It is therefore strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover such expenses.
13:- Modification of the proposed prices and bank charges:
(13-1) Due to currency fluctuation: Prices are sub. to change in case of economic fluctuation and exchange rates differences between euro and INR.
(13-2) Due to hike of fuel prices and taxes :2 It’s rare that hotelier, transporters comes to this point unless any major issue rise as of fuel price hike or tax applied by concerned authorities. However minor differences will be bared by the Himalayan Frontiers.
Bank Charges: Remitter has to bare the 3.2% of bank charges on total amount if wish to pay by credit cards.Therefore Please add 3.2% on the total amount of the tours/ Treks. If you wish to pay your payment of tour / trek by bank transfer, the bank transfer charges will be bear by you, for more detail please consult your local bank.
