Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu by evening.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Day 3: Kathmandu to Dumja- kanigaun 1400m, 3hours, trek 1.

Day 4: Hike to Phusuri Danda 2100m (5 hours) 5 hours, trek 2

Day 5: Phusuri Danda to Binkuri , 5 hours, trek 3

Day 6: Binkuri – Mangaltar, drive to Chitwan via Kathmandu, 3 hours walk, trek 4.

Day 7: At Chitwan

Day 8: Drive to Pokhara from Chitwan (108 km) 1 300 m

Day 9: Visit villages around Pokhara

Day 10: Pokhara – Sarangkot – Pokhara. Trek 5, in option.

Day 11: Pokhara – Kathmandu — Nagarkot (210Km) 6h.

Day 12: Nagarkot – Bhaktapur 14km,

Day 13: Bhakatpur – Panauti and Namobuddha-Kathmandu

Day 14: Departure


Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu by evening.

Upon your arrival, a representative from Mountain Leaders will pick you up at the airport and drop to you to your hotel. Overnight Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, we start an interesting tour around Kathmandu. In our sightseeing tour we go to Monkey temple Swyambhunath, Pashupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar square. Night in hotel

Swayambhunath: Approximately 2600 years old Buddhist Stupa, Swayambhunath is overlooking the entire Kathmandu valley. Swayambhunath- literally ‘self-existent god’, is often referred to as the Monkey Temple due to the hundreds of monkeys- the local dwellers. The main Stupa, memorials of monks and local people, ancient sculptures, temple of child protector goddess, monasteries, etc. are the main attractions here. Moreover, you can throw bird-eye-view to all the monument sites of the Kathmandu tour since this is the highest point inside the valley.

Pashupatinath: literally- the god of animal lives. As one of the must visit legendary Hindu temple in the subcontinent, this site welcomes millions of visitors every year. The temple is located on the bank of sacred Baghmati River, which runs down to the Ganges. Here, you get a chance to witness open public crematorium with all the rites and rituals being performed. You come to see even the holy men posing for pictures with painted face, dreadlocked hair and ash-applied body.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: is one of the important historic and tourist destinations in Nepal. This massive complex is home to palaces, temples and courtyards. The original center of Kathmandu is often named as Basantapur, Hanuman Dhoka or Durbar Square all denoting the same location. Kathmandu Durbar square has various historical royal and governmental institutions mixed with temples of different styles and ages. It may seem a little bit crowded with lots of buildings and temples built around on a very small area.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Dumja- kanigaun 1400m, 3hours, trek 1.

Early in the morning, after breakfast we will take a private vehicle to Dumja via Dhulikhel (around 2.5 hours). Along the way we will be following the beautiful views of the terraced rice fields. From here we will start hiking towards the tamang kanigaun Village (3 hours). We will be staying the night with the local Tamang family.

Day 4: Hike to Phusuri Danda 2100m (5 hours) 5 hours, trek 2

Today we will be following a gradually rising landscape filled with verities of lush green trees and the great view of terraced rice fields with stunning Himalayas in the background. We can experience the views of the Everest, Lang tang, Ganesh Himal and many more along the way as we reach Phusuri Village. Night at Local homestay.

Day 5: Phusuri Danda to Binkuri , 5 hours, trek 3

Early in the morning after tea we start our descending hike to Binkuri with a lovely sunrise over the Himalayas. After 5 hours of walking, we will reach this beautiful tamang village. We will have dinner with the locals. Night at homestay.

Day 6: Binkuri – Mangaltar, drive to Chitwan via Kathmandu, 3 hours walk, trek 4.

Today we will follow a deep descent through the pine forest to reach the road at Mangaltar. From here we will take a 3 hours’ drive to reach Kathmandu. From here we will further drive towards Chitwan. Upon arrival in Chitwan there will be a short briefing on the program and facilities. Evening at leisure ., night in Chitwan

Day 7: At Chitwan

Morning yours program will start with an Elephant-back safari into the Chitwan National Park: Guests will ride on an elephant to explore the jungle and wildlife. With some luck you will be able to see the one-horned rhinoceros, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and, if you are very lucky you might even spot the Royal Bengal Tiger. This exciting ride lasts for 2-3 hours.

Afternoon take proceed for a Dugout canoe trip inside the National Park. Floating down the Rapti River by dugout canoe is the best way to discover the habitat of crocodiles on the riverbanks. It is also a relaxing and better way to watch the different kind of birds and wildlife species when they come to the bank of the river to drink water. After our canoe trip we will visit the Elephant breeding centre which is inside the jungle 10 minutes walking from the canoeing place. After all these natural activities it is time to reward also the culturally interested and thus we will visit some Tharu villages which are situated next to the Park in the beautiful natural surroundings. By evening have a sunset view on the riverbank .night in chitwan

Day 8: Drive to Pokhara from Chitwan (108 km) 1 300 m

Departure early in the morning, approximately 3h30. Enjoy breathtaking view along the way, Arriving by afternoon at Pokhara. A Pokhara lakeside village sits, “front row center” to one of the most beautiful Himalayan panoramas in the world. The Annapurna and famous “Fishtail” mountain peak of Machapuchhre tower over the tropical setting of Pokhara and the time you will spend there will be the unforgettable highlight of your trip. Take boat ride in Phewa Lake and visit the Tal Barahi Temple located in the middle of the lake. Night in Pokhara.

Day 9: Visit villages around Pokhara

Today you will visit villages around Pokhara along Begnas Lake. Begnas Lake is 35 km east of tourist center at Phewa Lake. Unlike Phewa, Begnas is more serene embraced in intact countryside lifestyle. Begnaskot is a ridge northeast of Begnas Lake overlooking at Himalayas. The hike is real insight into Nepalese mountain culture and lifestyle. Village along Sundari danda is trying to make a living hosting agricultural tourism.

Day 10: Pokhara – Sarangkot – Pokhara. Trek 5, in option.

We start our trip early in the morning by vehicle and reach there before sunrises. After enjoying the sunrise and the panoramic Mountain View we begin our 4/5-hour walk down from Sarangkot, with Pokhara city and Fewa Lake spread out before us and green forest all round. Overnight Pokhara. Those who don’t wish to walk down can drive back by road and have free time in Pokhara at leisure, Night in Pokhara.

Day 11: Pokhara – Kathmandu — Nagarkot (210Km) 6h.

Drive to Kathmandu , further to Nagarkot to admire an excellent view of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks , if time permit one can stroll around to appreciate the beauty of terraced filed and rustic farmhouses night in Nagarkot.

Day 12: Nagarkot – Bhaktapur 14km

Morning enjoy sunrise view, later drive to Bhaktapur, visit Durbar Square which is a perfect example of Ancient Nepalese art and architecture. One can also observe the lifestyle of ‘Newa People’. This square boasts up with numerous temples, ancient palaces, monuments and importantly culture.

Day 13: Bhakatpur – Panauti and Namobuddha-Kathmandu

Drive to Namo , en route visit Panauti known for Indreshwar Mahadev Temple With its three-story pagoda roof which is a magnificent piece of Newari architecture. Krishana Narayan temple is another attraction covered by the shrines and statues including various incarnations of the Krishna Narayan.

Enjoy the mountain views and beautiful landscape from Namobuddha, visit Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery which is one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Nepal and considered one of the holiest in the world., evening back to Kathmandu.

Day 14: Departure

Morning transfer to airport for your onward flight check out at noon.
