Day 01: Arrive Manali, Test Ride-1
Arrive manali bus stand, our driver
will receive you and drop you at your Hotel. You’ll rest till afternoon &
post lunch you’ll be introduced to your bike & will go for a test ride
around manali, to adjust the bike’s setting as per your riding style.
Evening at hotel followed with
Dinner & stay.
Day 02: Manali to Jibhi (100 km/ 4-5hrs), Ride-2
After breakfast we start the ride
and head towards Jibhi. We ride along the bank of Beas river till Aut tunnel
and take the diversion to Jibhi. Check-in in the hotel and visit the village in
the evening. Overnight at guest House.
Day 03: Jibhi to Sangla (2620m), Visit Chitkul (3450m)190km/5-6hrs,
Ride-3
Depart to Sangla. We ride across the
famous jalori pass which is nearly 4km from jibhi hotel, through endless bends
till Rampur. We then join and follow the highway. The Ride is through the
beautiful and remote region of Baspa valley following the immense Sutlej River,
before arriving to destination. Check in Hotel in Sangla and after an hour
drive to Indo-Tibetan border village of Chitkul at 24 kms. Drive back to the
Hotel.
Day 04: Sangla to Kalpa: 58kms/ 2-3hrs, Ride-4
Today we ride to the Kalpa, Visit: Roghi Suicide point and Kalpa village. Free day in the evening followed with dinner & Stay
Day 05: Sangla-Tabo via Nako180 km/6-7hrs, Ride-5
After passing the kinnaur valley, we
ride further towards the restricted area of kinnaur. we stop for refreshment at
Nako village and ride further to Tabo.
we have to cross the spring calls
Maling Nallah where you will see that a vast area of mountain is sinking down,
where few labours & a JCB kept for all the year to clear the Rocks that
almost every day falls on road. Afterwards a nice road leads till Tabo.
Mostly its off road, full of gravel
and dust, that we ride on today. Overnight at Tabo hotel.
Tabo: – the ancient monastery. This monastery has been founded
in 996 A.D .This monastery has exquisite frescoes and stuco statues and is
often called the Ajanta of the Himalayas. The largest monastic complex in the
Spiti has 9 temples in old section, 23 chhorten, a monks and nuns chambers.
There are several caves adorned with fine frescoes and contemporary structure
too. In Trans Himalayas Buddhism, Tabo sanctity is next only to Tibet’s Tholing
Monastery.
Day 06: Tabo to Kaza (3600m) Dhankar, Lalung, Pin Valley:150km 6h/Ride-6
Riding through a few Buddhist
villages, we cover Pin valley National Park, Lalung, Dankhar monastery and
Evening in Kaza.
Dhankar the ancient capital of Spiti king, the most incredibly
situated gompa, perched high on the barren rocky mountain slopes. As you
progress, the whole Dhankar village opens up in front of you like something
artificial crop up from nowhere. The sixth century Dhankar gompa, though not
well preserved still has some magnificent original Thangkas and statues tucked
away in dark rooms. You are advised to carry your flashlight to see some of the
beautiful remaining murals. Unfortunately a part of the gompa was destroyed
during the severe winter of 1989 and the repair work by local has led to the
further destruction of these priceless murals.
Day 07: Kaza: Visit Langza (4400m), Hikkim (4400m), Komic (4570m) & Dhakar (3894m) (Ride for 6-7hrs) / Ride- 7
Today is the day to explore Spiti
region. After breakfast we start visiting highest villages of spiti starting
with Langza village, Hikkim village (the Highest post office in the altitude),
Komic the highest village & scenic Dhankar Monastery.
Exploring it will consume your whole
day in the upper region of spiti valley. we return back to Kaza in the evening
for Dinner & Stay.
Day 08: Kaza – Chandertal via Key and Kibber (4270mtrs)5h / Ride-8
Ride through Kye Monastery, Kibber
village & across the highest bridge in altitude”” The Chichim Bridge”, Ride
along the serene valley view till Lalung village and over the Kunzum pass
enjoying a breath taking Panorama of high snowcapped peak. Further to it we
follow the Chandra valley and cross some cold stream before the destination.
Night in the camp at Chandartal.
Day 09: Chandertal – Manali 110 km/6hrs / Ride-9
Depart to Manali. Ride down to the
Lahaul valley, Cross some of cold streams and ride up to Rohtang-la pass,
second highest of this excursion. Today’s ride is full of challenge, you ride
in dust, gravel, water streams and on tar, and is fun for thrill-seekers.
Arrive Manali late in the evening and end the ride in Manali.
Spend your night sharing the experience with your fellow
rider.
Day 10: Manali Free day & Departure in the evening
This day is reserved for explore
Manali; shopping, strolling around, relaxing. Farewell with the expeditions’
team. After Lunch depart by Volvo bus to Delhi.

Meals: breakfast and dinner in Hotel
Motorcycle RE Himalayan 411cc model and fuel.
Road Captain on motorcycle throughout the Ride.
Mechanic with all necessary spare parts.

Exploration of Spiti valley which is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the north-eastern part of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh is full of raw adventure and thrill.
