Itinerary

Itinerary

Arrive Manali, Transfer to Hotel, rest till afternoon. A short briefing on the Motorcycle Tour. After a quick rundown of road safety precautions and check of personal equipment, we will start out on the narrow adjacent road of villages into the mountains. This is your chance to get acquainted with your bike and get to know the roads. In evening we get back to hotel to have dinner and rest and relax. night in hotel

Today the ride officially starts, we ride up in the endless bends taking you to your first mountain pass “Rohtang Pass”. We stop for photos and view for around 10 minutes and descend to the lahaul valley. Today’s ride will acclimatize you for the high altitude and rough terrain of Zanskar the next day. Before arriving Jispa we stop multiple time for photos at places like: Sissu, lady of keylong etc. Overnight at Jispa in Camps

Today’s ride will take us to Zanskar Valley. We ride toward our 2nd pass which is Shinkula pass, our first 5000 meters plus pass of the ride also the gateway to Zanskar valley. Spending time taking pictures we ride towards Purni. On arrival we have our lunch at Purni. The charm of the ride is the water crossing/ river-crossing. Which can be a challenge for new riders and it gets difficult to cross after mid-day (noon) due to increasing in water- level caused by snow/ glacier melting. After lunch we ride to visit the most popular & scenic monastery of Zanskar “The Phugtal Monastery” in Lungnak valley. We park our bikes and walk for around 10-15 minutes to reach the monastery. We ride back to Purni where we gonna stay the night in camps

Today we are going to enter the administrative Centre of Zanskar “The Padam Town”. On arrival, we explore the village and visit some of the monasteries at Padam. We explore the town in the evening and stay the night in the camps followed with dinner.

Today we ride towards Kargil, it’s all barren land till we reach kargil, but will stop on the way at Rangdum, an isolated region of suru valley. The ride will be hectic and dusty until we reach kargil the next day. While riding towards Rangdum we witness the best view of drang-drung glacier which is 23km in the length and is largest other than Siachin Glacier in karakoram and ascend to Pensila pass with the magnificent view of the mountains. We ride further to Rangdum and set our camp for the night.

Today we leave our camping team behind and ride to kargil. Road condition is bad, you ride through dust and gravel and some water crossing on the way. Today’s attraction is Nun-Kun peaks which are above 7000 meters in altitude. And witness the glacier of Nun Kun peak while riding on the bank of suru river. We ride on the bank of suru river until we reach Kargil. Today we’ll have a comfortable hotel for the night to relax and rest on comfortable bed.

Today we ride on the Kargil- Leh national highway. It’s a tar road on loose rock mountains till we reach leh. On the way we visit Lamayuru Monastery and have our lunch at Lamayuru. Witness the moonland at Lamayuru, and continue riding towards leh. On the way we visit Indus- Zanskar river confluence and magnetic hills before we enter leh. Overnight in hotel.

Today we ride to nubra valley across Khardung pass. Kharadung-la is said to be the world’s highest motor-able road – the Khardung pass at a thrilling 5560 meters 39 km from Leh. Spending and clicking pictures at the top we descend to the other side of the pass to the shyok valley to enter Nubra. Nubra is known for its cold desert and double humps camels. Explore the valley and its charm after check-in. we stay the night at nubra (Hundar).

Another charm of the ride is to ride to very famous Pangong lake. We ride along shyok river and take the road leading you to Pangong Lake. In between we cross Chang-la (5360m) pass and ride further until you’re at Pangong. Spend the evening exploring the lake and surrounding. Night at camp

After breakfast we ride back to Leh, arrive in the noon. Spend the evening exploring the town at leisure. Night at hotel followed with dinner

Today we get up easy and do a little sightseeing of Leh. We visit shanti stupa & thiksey monastery. Rest day we spend at leisure, stroll around the market and rest to get ready for next day’s ride. Overnight in hotel at leh.

Today ride on Manali – Leh highway, considered as highest motorable road and the road with high passes. We ride over some of the highest passes like: Tanglangla (5328m) 2nd highest pass. We ride on Pang (Spang) Plateau, a 40km straight road on Chang-thang region till we reach Pang Canyon. We ascend continue our ride to Nakeel and Lachungla pass and descend on Gata loops. Ride is combination of good and bad roads in dusty terrain till we reach Sarchu, where we’re going to stay for the night.

Today is the last day of the ride and we’ll ride back to Manali over Barlachala. We start the ride early in the morning and ascend to Baralachala which is also a gateway to Lahaul and further we ride to Sissu and take the newly opened tunnel to reach Manali. Arrive Manali and deposite bikes back and spend the evening sharing your memories of the ride. Evening at leisure and night at hotel in Manali.

Today you have nothing to do, you can rest or visit the town till the departure time. A car will drop you at the bus stand in the evening.

Rs. 10,000 Deposit Must be made to on arrival in Manali. You are responsible for any damage to your bike during the trip, the repair charges will be deducted from this deposit and the balance will be reimbursed once the trip is over.


Accommodation is based on Twin / Double/ Triple sharing in neat and clean hotels, Fixed camps or guest houses will be provided where choices are limited. Single room will be with a supplement charges. Indian and partly Tibetan (Ladakhi) vegetarian meals is served.


You will be accompanying by a backup vehicle to assist you throughout the tour, mechanic is there with necessary spare parts. If you have special requirement for the pillion who wish to take comfortable journey time, in that case extra vehicle can be arranged in advance sub extra Expenses. 


You will be crossing several high passes, different type of road condition will be encountered vary from wet and humid in lower altitude to dry and garble road in higher altitude of Lahoul and Ladakh. You will not have any options except crossing the icy rivulets. You can face land slide not only cause of rainfall but also by higher melting rate of Snow and Ice (glacier) due to perpetual summer heat. You can be blocked for hours, day or more, you may miss the places expected to visit or will visit the unexpected places, to regulate the situation the team at the spot will do the best possible at the moment. 


During the trip it’s possible that back up vehicle and bike can get break down or road block can cause the delay, in that case guide on the spot will do the best possible to monitor the situation. In such circumstances patience and co-operation is required.


  • 40% of total programme cost should be deposited in advance for booking.
  • Balance payment should be made at least 7 days before the tour begins. 
  • The amount paid once is not transferable to any other programme /tour or to any other individual(s)/group or for any other service.
  • No refund shall be made if participant(s) drop/terminate from program at any point due to any reason. 
  • One has to take care of his/her individual luggage. In case of loss or damage customer will be responsible for the same. 
  • The organizers or any individual connected with the tour shall not be held responsible of any accident or any unforeseen natural calamity. • Bank charges have to be paid by the Client.


The Company cannot be made liable for the consequences of weather condition, flight cancellations, war or threat of civil war, strikes, industrial action, political unrest or any other force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstance. The company reserves the right to use alternate transport, or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness or any other force major. Any additional that result, such as extra hotel accommodation, flight or road transport will be on your charge and must be paid directly at the spot. Please understand, there are certain hazards involved in your adventurous and culture holidays which you must accept at your own risk. The company will not be liable for any illness major or minor injury, death sustained during neither the trip, nor it will be liable for any uninsured losses of your property and other losses during the trip.
